About Reetu

Reetu deals with all aspects of residential property work, having qualified in 2004.

Reetu has worked as a locum over the years and worked in various parts of the nation and adapted to different firms easily. She has gained a wealth of experience. She joined the busy Conveyancing Department at a local Worcestershire Firm in April 2014 and she has a well-established client base, obtaining many new clients via recommendations. Reetu has a personal approach and offers pragmatic advice.

Reetu has considerable experience with sales and purchases of both registered and unregistered land, remortgages, transfer of equity, lifetime mortgage, shared ownership and new build properties. Reetu also deals with some Commercial transactions.

Reetu deals with all aspects of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers both with registered and unregistered, and freehold and leasehold Titles.

Reetu believes in having a long-lasting business relationship with clients and believes in a simple no jargon approach in explaining the legal complexities to clients.

Reetu is also the Firms Compliance Officer for Legal Practice and Office Manager.
